Not sure where to start? Start here.
Bring the mission you want to enable and the questions you have. We walk through Cloud Waypoint together, make sense of your starting point, and identify a practical next step. No cloud expertise or completed assessment is needed to begin.
A clearer starting point. A shared direction. A next step you can own. One focused working session, with a short break built in.
Three hours. One useful conversation.
What are you trying to improve? What is creating urgency? What feels unclear?
20 minThe four stages of the journey. What the cloud provider delivers, and what your organization still has to establish and operate.
30 minPause, compare notes, and surface the questions that need more attention.
10 minMap it: application dependencies, the proposed boundary, evidence on hand, people, and current responsibilities. Identify the questions a scoped engagement would investigate.
50 minUse a candidate workload to discuss preparation needs. Walk through a future network specialist role and a shared-service handoff with the sample RACI, including what the existing team retains and what training it needs.
40 minCapture priorities, open questions, likely owners, and the next decision. Decide whether a focused six-week engagement would help.
30 minBring the people who know the mission.
Start with the mission or program owner and a technical lead. Include security and operations when possible; acquisition or finance can join if the decision needs their perspective. A small working group is enough. Missing participants become follow-up owners.
Three simple prompts.
- What are you trying to achieve?
- What cloud services, plans, or capabilities already exist?
- Where are you stuck or unsure?
Plain-language answers are enough. Use public or approved sanitized context. Protected mission information stays in your approved environment.
